This calls for a panel for your focus fabric in your framed blocks, but I've given you the dimensions so if the panel is nowhere to be seen you can use fabric to your liking. Alternating Sixteen patch blocks can be conservative or you can use all kinds of prints to change the look. Play around with it and have fun.
